Enjoy a day at leisure to explore Hanoi at your own pace. Discover the Old Quarter’s charm, browse the city’s museums—especially the Museum of Ethnology—or visit Hoa Lo Prison, famously dubbed “The Hanoi Hilton.”
Stroll the French Quarter or relax in one of Hanoi’s many parks and lakes.
In the evening, board the luxurious Victoria Express for your overnight train journey to Lao Cai.

Arrive in Lao Cai early and transfer to Sapa (approximately 1.5 hours).

After breakfast at the Victoria Sapa Hotel, enjoy a free morning to explore the town.
Later, take a guided walk to Cat Cat Village, home to the Black H'mong people. Encounter local life and engage with villagers along scenic mountain paths.

Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch en route, then return to Lao Cai for your overnight train to Hanoi aboard the Victoria Express.

Arrive early in Hanoi and enjoy breakfast at a local restaurant. At 8:00 am, depart for Halong Bay via comfortable shuttle.

Board the luxurious Emperor Cruises at Hon Gai dock and begin your journey through the stunning Bai Tu Long Bay.

Enjoy a gourmet set lunch on board, visit Hon Co Island and Thien Canh Son Cave, swim or relax on the beach, and take in the beauty of the bay.
Later, choose from kayaking, a foot massage, or simply enjoy the sunset.

Savor street food like Vietnamese iced coffee and banh mi before exploring Saigon’s nightlife.
