A relatively small island forming part of the archipelago of Indonesia and arguably known as the country’s jewel. Bali is endowed with natural beauty and its rich culture where amazing man-made and natural wonders are dotted throughout the island. Such wonders include majestic volcanoes that soar to the sky, stunning emerald rice fields that cling on hillsides, lush tropical rainforests and rivers, amazing beaches, of which some offers world-class surfing facilities, serene temples and artistic excellence that can be found in the town of Ubud.

Bali has a wide range of tourist offerings that are spread over different areas, catering to both international and domestic visitors alike. On the southern west coast of Bali, Kuta is most famous to tourists, especially amongst the younger travelers, for its active nightlife and beach. Just north of Kuta, Legian offers the same easy access to shops, food and beverage outlets as Kuta, but is ideal for travelers that prefer less hustle and bustle. Seminyak, which is north from Kuta and Legian, is a more upmarket area that offers luxury accommodation and high-end restaurants and bars. It is also an area known for its upscale spas and boutique shopping experiences.

Ubud, which is found in the centre of Bali, is most known as the hub for arts and crafts. The town and nearby villages consists of several artists’ workshops and galleries. It is also a place where one can enjoy spa and wellness treatments in the area’s serene natural environment.

Lastly but not least, further down south Nusa Dua offers an exclusive beachfront enclave set within a groomed tropical environment. Facilities such as an 18-hole championship golf course, international capacity convention centres and outdoor amphitheatre for special events can be found here.
